I invite you to join me in this journey of colors, inspiration, memories and hard work. About 10 years ago Sea Coastal Arts have a humble beginning, when I moved to the beautiful town of of Gloucester, MA. The beauty of the fishing industry captivated me and inspire me to capture on canvas every landscape and seascape around. The picture here is showing some giclee prints of my very first oil painting inspired by the Copper Paint Factory and the F/V Gone Fishing. That day was born Sea Coastal Arts.
Before that, I was in Puerto Rico, where since I was a little girl was always showing great appreciation for fine arts and paint. Leonardo da Vinci was and still is my ultimate artistic force and motive of inspiration. I actually have the influence of every single art teacher in school or even in TV shows for kids. You will find me following the artist drawings or paintings with everything that I could find around me, since I grew up with very little in terms of resources and materials. "Pintando con Luigi" and "Remi" are some of the Spanish TV programs that influenced my growth as an artist. My brother Freddy somehow bought some oil paintings for his high school art course, and I ended up "stealing" them to practice my paintings based on the episodes of Bob Ross on TV.
A long time of studying, learning, practicing color and techniques have passed and today is a reason of joy to be able of sharing my passion for art and help you somehow capture them on a canvas.
I'm looking forward to new challenges and keep You inspired! Happy Painting!!
